Thank you for considering booking with Alphabet Kids. We would love to welcome you into our studio. Please read the Booking Policy in its entirety prior to checkout.
Alphabet Kids Art Studio bookings are offered on a short course (usually 6-8 weeks of the school term) or workshop basis. Classes do not run on public holidays.
*Occasionally, one-off sessions may be offered, where time and materials allow.
All courses and workshops must be paid for in full, at the time of booking. Due to the nature of the Term Courses (where students often continue a project into the following lesson/s and/or build upon skills developed), no refunds or transfers can be offered where a student is unable to attend one or more of their term sessions. Please consider your selection carefully at checkout.
When a student is unable to attend a scheduled stand-alone workshop (eg. School Holiday Clay Play, etc), families may elect to transfer the stand-alone workshop into another child's name, provided;
(a) the transfer is organised privately between the parties who are known to one another
(b) the child accepting the transfer is of the relevant age group,
(c) the transfer is first agreed to by Alphabet Kids, and
(d) all enrolment documentation is completed 48 hours prior to the workshop date
(e) the transfer of all costs is organised privately between the two parties.
In circumstances where a similar workshop is currently being offered, Alphabet Kids may offer a transfer into a course of the same nature/value, provided;
(a) a vacancy exists in a current duplicate class, and
(b) a minimum of 7 days notice is provided.
Alphabet Kids however, does not guarantee such an offer will be possible, and reminds you to select carefully prior to check out, as refunds are not offered.
Where unforeseen circumstances (such as teacher illness) necessitate the closing of Alphabet Kids Art Studio, all students enrolled on the day/s of closure will be offered a make-up session(s).
By booking a course with Alphabet Kids, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as stated above.
